"I ordered this item in Sept and still Nov I have not received my pen. I have email the holder and still no response. So I'm pissed becuz all the games are passing and I can't show my support for my beloved Cowboys. This is the first and last time I will ever use this vender."

Seller Response: "Were puzzled by feedback since order was shipped the same day it was placed. According to US Post Office delivery confirmation, package was delivered 4 days later. However, since the customer stated they did not receive order, we shipped another pen. Were further confused by statement that we havent responded since there have been several e-mails between us and the customer." Date: 11/19/2008
